Brandywine became a food vendor at the BFM in 2008. It allowed us to make some wonderful connections with local farmers and producers and has guided our philosophy of seed to plate.
In fact, we began as farmers at the BFM in 2006, selling a wide variety of heirloom tomatoes under the name brandywine gardens.
Although we are no longer vending at the market, we still grow heirloom tomatoes. You can find them in our dishes from August through October.
